During any migration from eRoom to another platform, one of the biggest obstacles is exporting the attachments from an eRoom database in an automated fashion. We make it simple. We've created an application that runs on the eRoom server that the eRoom Administrator would run.

• The user may select a facility, room and any database within the room.
• The application then crawls the database and exports any file attachments to the file system.
• The application can also create a master file that documents the location of every document that was exported along with key data from the database.
• The data may be exported in a comma separated value list or as xml.
• Additionally, an HTML index file can be created that will link to every document that was exported so that the entire database of content may be copied to a web server and available via a web browser.
